Parties

In George Washington's farewell address at the end of his second term he specifically warned against a party system.  He was right.  In my opinion one of the biggest problems with our current political system is party politics.  The party system has a long and storied history of stopping progress where it otherwise would have occurred.  because of our obsession with party politics politicians with similar beliefs, ideas, motives and constituents become mortal enemies who can agree on no issue.

My Blog

So this is a blog where I'm going to just share my view of the world and what's happening in it. this isn't going to be about me but a lot of my personal views are going to filter through and I know many people won't agree with me and what I might say but I hope I don't offend anyone. I hope if anyone does ever stumble upon this that they'll enjoy the experience.
